Ok, this is kinda fun - I found a vintage t-shirt on Ebay this morning. It's from the Grateful Dead show at Sandstone on July 4th 1990. The cool thing is that it appears to have been designed specifically for that show - it actually reads "Sandstone" along with the date on the front of the shirt. A little further googling revealed the band's set list for that show, along with some comments about the heat, Jerry Garcia wearing cut-off jeans, and a UFO sighting (!!!?). Anyone have further information on this?
I wonder if there will be a special t-shirt design for this year's 4th of July show with Kid Rock and Lynyrd Skynyrd. Only one way to find out, I suppose.
